Mr. Scott,
I can't believe I found your site and have stumbled upon you after so many years!!

I sang in the University Chorus with you at the University of Alabama(back in 1990-1991). I sang the solo in the Christmas concert that year. I remember you very fondly, because you gave me the chance to sing the solo--even though I was not a voice major. I knew then and now what a big deal that was--given University politics

I want you to know that your confidence in me at that time, in offering me the Christmas solo, lit a spark inside of me for singing/performing that continues to this very day. I still sing very often (and hope to do much more)---classical, musical theatre, and am even in the process of recording a jazz album currently. I'm a few years later than most in embarking on my dream to pursue music--but, I want you to know that you were instrumental in igniting that spark and it has continued to burn in me.

I hope you are well, and I would love to bump into you again sometime so I can thank you in person!!
